WINGS OF LIFE IS A GRIFFITH UNIVERSITY BASED CLUB DEVELOPED TO RAISE FUNDS AND AWARENESS FOR THE ROYAL FLYING DOCTOR SERVICE & INSPIRE YOUTH IN AVIATION
The Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS) utilise medically equipped aircraft to
“take the finest care to Australia’s furthest corners so that anyone who lives, works or travels in remote and rural Australia can enjoy the best of health.”
Wings of Life raises funds and awareness for the RFDS through hosting numerous events, predominantly associated with aviation.
All of the proceeds raised from these events go directly to RFDS, as all members of the Wings of Life community kindly volunteer their time.
The RFDS is a non-for-profit organisation that relies heavily on fundraising and donations from the community to purchase and medically equip its aircraft, so please support the efforts of Wings of Life by contributing to this organisation.
